Lewis is a qualified European and UK patent attorney in the CMS London office Intellectual Property Department. He has a technical background in physics and holds a PhD in Engineering. As a patent attorney, he advises clients on protecting their innovations, drafts patent applications, advocates for clients before patent offices, assists in patent litigation, and provides freedom to operate advice to clients. Lucinda is an Associate in the IP department. Her practice encompasses both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property work, with a particular focus on consumer products, fashion and luxury goods. She advises on a broad range of IP matters, including licensing, transactional work and enforcement. Stuart is a Senior Associate and Chartered Trade Mark Attorney at CMS, specialising in complex, multi jurisdictional intellectual property matters. He advises clients on trade marks, designs and copyright across their full lifecycle, including clearance, prosecution, enforcement, disputes, and strategic portfolio management, as well as on the IP aspects of commercial and licensing arrangements.
